Pricing FAQ
Do you charge per staff user?
No. Every plan includes unlimited staff. You pay for your business setup: the activities you run and the branches you operate.
Are there WhatsApp message fees?
No. Petly prepares the message and opens WhatsApp with the owner's number and text filled in. Your staff presses Send from your own WhatsApp, so there is nothing to pass through.
What counts as a business activity?
Veterinary, grooming, boarding and daycare, training, retail, pharmacy, diagnostics, mobile services and transport are each an activity. Business lets you run any combination.
How much is an additional branch?
AED 129 per month per branch on Start, Pro and Business. No second subscription needed.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time and the difference is prorated. Your data, pets and history stay exactly where they are.
Can you move my data from another system?
Yes. Import customers, pets, products and balances from spreadsheets yourself, or let our team handle it on Business and Enterprise.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Prices are in UAE dirhams and exclude 5% VAT. Petly invoices are VAT-ready for your own customers too.
